At Fore Putts Sake, we value your time and strive to provide a top-tier virtual golf experience. To ensure smooth scheduling for all guests, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Tee Time & Reservation Cancellations

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

• No Same-Day Cancellations: We do not allow same-day cancellations. If you are unable to make your reservation, you will be charged the full amount.

• No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled booking without prior notice will result in a full charge for the reservation.

League Cancellations

• 24-Hour Notice Required: League cancellations must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.

Membership Cancellations & No-Show Policy

• Memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred or paused under special circumstances (e.g., injury, relocation). Please contact us for details.

• No-Show Policy for Members: After three no-shows, members will be charged the full rate of the missed reservation going forward.

Weather-Related Cancellations

• Since we operate indoors, we remain open during most weather conditions. However, in cases of extreme weather impacting travel, we may offer rescheduling options at our discretion.

To cancel or modify your reservation, please call us at (585) 440-3715 or contact us. If canceling outside of business hours, leave a message, and we will confirm your cancellation as soon as possible.
